Rick has coached youth, high school and collegiate soccer for 29 years. He started coaching at the high school level in 1981 in Puerto Rico and has since been involved with full-time soccer ministry that has allowed him to play and coach in over 20 countries. His Kopion coaching experience includes ages U12-U19.

He is fully bilingual/bicultural (Spanish) and has spent over 25 years coaching young men and women in soccer. Peter, his wife Kara, and their two daughters live in Wheaton.
