"Kopion is a competitive soccer club dedicated to excellence in play and in life."
Kopion was founded in 1989 with the purpose of developing young men and women as soccer players and people of character. Originally started as a high school boys program, Kopion has recently grown to include programs for girls and younger children as well.
Kopion Programs and Teams
Kopion has programs for soccer players of all ages. We have beginner programs starting with children as young as 3.5 years of age, and moving all the way up to a under 19 club team. Currently, Kopion has preschool programs in the Wheaton and Glen Ellyn area, a Micro Soccer League for children ages 4-10, four youth teams in a competitive youth league of our own, two youth club teams, and 5 high school club teams. The Kopion club teams are part of the Northern Illinois Soccer League. Many of these outstanding coaches working in each program listed above have both played and coached collegiately.
